Tiny Tots Carnival

Wednesday morning was the last class of The Heights Tiny Tots Music Class. Jack and I enjoyed the class and meeting all the other great Moms and kiddos.
Here are some of the kids migrating towards Ms. Holly as she beats the sticks to the music.
This morning was the Tiny Tots Music Carnival. A storm caused it to be indoors (with this heat I think it was a blessing) and minus the Petting Zoo but....but it was still a GREAT time. Here is Nick, Jack, Rob, and Luck (The Birthday Boy) in front of the caterpillar bounce house.
The caterpillar had a weight limit of 100 lbs...so Nick was the one between the two of us that had to accompany Jack into the caterpillar (thank God...too many germs for me and my not meeting the weight limit was later confirmed by the Wii Fit which had some not so nice things to say about my body)
In Nick went...
Jack wasn't as sure about it as Nick...the air blew up in your face when it opened and I think it led him to flashbacks from the vacuum situation.

Once he got in Jack thought it was cool to look at us non-caterpillar goers through the looking glass.

Here are the boys at the top of the slide inside the caterpillar. Not long after Nick and Jack got out the caterpillar collapsed with Rob and Luke in it (and a few other kids). All the adults ran over trying to hold it up and some Dads had to climb in to stand so the people could get out....I felt like it was a CSI episode...luckily no one was injured. Scary!!!

In the gym there were two stations (parachute and Ms. Holly with music from class) but all Jack wanted to do was play with the basketballs.

The last activity station for Jack's group was to play with the bubbles. They had 3 bubble
machines hooked up and blowing....Jack loved trying to pop them.

After making our way through the stations it was time for a snack lunch from Chick-Fil-A. Jack had some cheese and crackers first and then moved on to the fruit. Normally it would be fruit from then on out....but not today after tasting his first fast food chicken nugget dipped in Bar-B-Que Sauce. Jack actually turned his nose away from the strawberry and signed for more nugget.

The Tiny Tots Music Class was a lot of fun and we are so grateful hat Tina and Luke shared it with us. It was also nice to spend some time with Luke on his First Birthday!

Boy are we pooped after such a crazy week and tomorrow doesn't slow down any...Jack has his 15 month doctor's appointment and Gymboree.
